It is true citizens do not know the procedure to remove their junk. I say that because it will sit there forever unless we in the know report it. Perhaps the City should have it published in the Times or all/other forums. I once asked a garbage collection person about them reporting what they see and his answer was, "I would be taking notes all day, can't do it." Hey Mr. Mayor, are you really listening?

I too have seen large items always in the alley forever . I told my neighbor so he could have some things hauled away. If the city would advertise and/or put the information in the bill then perhaps there wouldn't be so much trash in the alley .

However, it seems it's the same people in this alley that are the ones that leave their junk. Then, apparently it magically disappears for them. Unfortunately it makes me feel that they really don't care.

It is the same people. And they continually have garbage lying on the ground around their dumpster. I am not into name calling but how they can stand to ignore garbage and the unpleasantness that comes with it is beyond me.
