Cars frequently park in the new protected bike lanes on Telegraph Ave. This forces cyclists to make evasive maneuvers to ride around them. Cars also park the brown painted areas next to crosswalks. This limits the vision of cyclists and pedestrians crossing the street. I almost rode into a pedestrian yesterday because he was hidden behind a parked car.
