Description

There is a strong smell of paint in froggy park. It is coming from the metal raised grate that is opposite the "rockridge-Temescal line train" playground (the bigger one for older kids). That grate is some kind of drainage, so I suspect there is some paint or other industrial chemical dumped upstream that is causing the smell.
