Visitors have to go around my entire block in order to approach my house with hitting potholes, my coffee spills every morning, one of my tires was damaged, birds have made the potholes into bird bathes! I know dirt roads that are smoother than my street. Am i allowed to fix the street myself? Can somebody at least answer me and tell me that youll never fix my street? I feel like this conversation is a 'one way street', a very bumpy one way street, i may add.
