please come look at the aforementioned pavement someone has apparentlly parked or ruined the repair that was made on the pavement and not sure if Google was the one that made the street cut in the first place or the city was repairing the pavement or the gas company had been out receently with a gas leak and they might have initiated the asphlt repair however want to know who we ( the Board of Directors of the HOA) should request help on this issue.
