City condemned part of the property (i.e. the trailer) and all the owner has done, is to tear off the siding and the walls on the inside. Now there's gaping holes and bare fiberglass insulation. How long do the neighbors have to look at this eyesore and possibly inhale fiberglass particles? Anyone at City level that one could talk to?
