Description
The newly installed crosswalk signal appears to be broken. While not happening 100% of the time, the lights will flash continuously for extended periods, even when no one had pressed the button or if anyone did, they are long gone. Moreover, frequently when it is flashing, the lights on the northbound side of 4th street do not work, Drivers are starting to ignore the lights completely as it is obvious no one is waiting to cross the street when the lights are going.
