The whole street is a disaster with the change. Traffic lines are very long and slow, which causes drivers to cut in rapidly to avoid longer wait or in frustration with inability to make any turn. Making a right hand turn westbound from San Pedro is also confusing. The bike lane is the same width as a traffic lane and people turn and drive in that lane and then merge into car traffic lane abruptly when they realize what they have done. People still cross the street wherever they want. New lighting??? Where is it???
