If there was a dog park or off leash hours in Medford, dogs probably wouldn't be barking in backyards as much

Spoke with owner who states steps will be taken to reduce barking. However owner states complainant may actually be complaining about his neighbor's dogs. Also, complainant called to say barking has been reduced to a reasonable level.
