Deskripsyon

This is unrelated to Hurricane Sandy (power, water, and heat all stayed on during and after the storm). This is an ongoing problem. Whenever the temperature outside drops, the water will go out for anywhere from 2-12 hours or more. We've reported to 311 and called the office & building super regularly. It's been out 2 of the last 3 mornings, and will only get worse as the weather does.
