I don't see any problem with the trees. Just because they don't look the way some non-Floridian from the northeast thinks they should, does not mean they violate any codes. In fact, the code officer saw no violation. If you hate trees, you should go back north to the treeless sterile big city and let us native Floridians live in peace.
