The property is in deplorable condition and total disrepair with loose wires hanging from the cable box (Dangerous!). There also appears to be someone who constantly, illegally parks their car (a Brown late model Buick) in the alley way right next to this property almost every evening. Do Housing Inspectors still function in DC?
