Investigator I39 was dispatched via 311 complaint of construction without a permit. Upon arriving at the property, Investigator I39 noticed new siding on the second floor. Investigator I39 also noticed a new wooden stair leading to the second floor from the ground in the rear of the property. Posted 1st notice to obtain all necessary permits for unpermitted work. Follow up scheduled.
During the posting of the notice, Investigator I39 ran into a tenant. Investigator I39 explained the reason for the notice. The tenant stated that she would call the landlord.
