Description
Recently our reclaimed water has been malfunctioning.We called a professional, who made SOME improvement at our cost;
HOWEVER, problems persist
and he theorizes a couple of remaining problematical issues:
Line to reclaimed water 'meter"
or on/off "valve" MAY WELL BE CLOGGED, or in need of replacement and/or HE IS ALSO REPORTING "ABOUT 2/3 of what normal pressure" we should expect to maintain our lawn.
This is rather urgent because of sporadic rains, we are in serious danger of losing key portions of our lawn.
THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR PRIORITIZING ASAP!

THIS ISSUE WAS REPORTED BY US -- 50-YEAR RESIDENTS OF ST. PETE --NEARLY 10 DAYS AGO...AND DULY 'ACKNOWLEDGED' WITH NO APPARENT PERSONAL CONTACT OR FOLLOW UP THAT WE ARE
AWARE OF.
JUST TODAY OUR FRONT LAWN SPRINKLERS WERE ACTIVATED VIA TIMECLOCK AT 4 A.M. AND IT IS NOW PAST NOON AND WE CANNOT GET THE SYSTEM TO SHUT OFF!!! THIS IS WASTING WATER. POSSIBLY COSTING US FUNDS WE CAN ILL AFFORD TO WASTE...NOT TO MENTION THE FLOODING THAT IS SETTING IN AS I WRITE THIS WAKE UP CALL!
YOU MUST ADMIT: ALL THIS IS RATHER RIDICULOUS! WE DESERVE FAR BETTER, CONSIDERING $150,000+ IN TAXES PAID TO CITY OVER THE YEARS. :(

Good afternoon Ron & Claire.
It is an issue in Yacht Club Estates and Water Resources is aware of the problem. They have flushed several times and that has not fixed the issue. They are researching the issue and a fix and will repair as soon as they can.
If you have additional questions, please call Water Resources at 893-7041.
