Description

another bicycle riding the wrong way down this state highway. this rider was riding on the right hand side too...meaning, vehicles exiting driveways are almost hit by the riders, it is SO dangerous..PLEASE PUT UP SIGNS WARNING THESE OBLIVIOUS PEOPLE FORM BREAKING THE LAW AND ENDANGERING THEMSELVES, THERE IS A SIGN ON NORTH WILLARD WARNING CYCLISTS, PLEASE PUT UP A DOZEN OR SO ON THIS STREET..PLEASE!!!! THIS IS HAPPENING ALL THE TIME!!!
