@Enuffisenuff: If the problem at this area was people texting I would NOT have reported that the light northbound was not working correctly. Thanks but no thanks, for making light of my factual report.

Lighten up Willoughby. The first comment I said was I AGREE. Texting only adds to the problem.

Unfortunately, if someone is reading this that could have some positive influence on what is a problem with the light, Enuffisenuff's comment makes it seem like a problem with the drivers and not the light. Even if everyone goes right away only 5 cars get through and then the light stays green forever for Euclid traffic and no one is even coming through from that direction. It is a definite problem (with the light) with an easy fix and it needs to be brought to the attention of the right person and I wish I knew who that was.
