I have not heard from anyone at all regarding this issue? Sidewalk is a hazard, older elderly neighbors are at risk of falling. Why no reply?

Was this ever fixed? Have been waiting over 2 years for ours and recently learned about this app... which has made it obvious that they never intend to repair sidewalks!

@Angela, I have been promised that this spring/summer I am on the fix it list!

Of course I ended up being the one to fall. One of these days some elderly person is going to fall and a swollen knee will be the least of their worries. I will be sending my doctor bills to the city if it doesn't heal.
I have been promised I am on the list for repairs but haven't had a call back even. It is just deteriorating away in the meantime. I my taxes on time but can't get it done.
