Description

Standing Water in Storm Drain 12" from top remains motionless even during drought because underground drain system doesn't drain. The standing water in several sewers in area are breeding ground for millions of mosquitos and is a health hazard. No matter how well I treat my yard, all my efforts to enjoy my backyard are for not as soon as the sun sets.
