This property is owned and maintained by the city of Red Deer, the graffiti has been on this box for over a year now and yes the city has the power to clean it.

OMG......I WAS NOT EXPECTING THAT..... IT IS DISGUSTING THEY WONT MAINTAIN THEIR OWN PROPERTY..... ESPECIALLY WHEN THE CITY OF RED DEER FINE PROPERTY OWNERS FREELY AND QUICKLY WITH A FIRST OFFENCE OF $250 WITHIN 14 DAYS IF GRAFFITTI IS NOT REMOVED FROM THEIR PROPERTY. I GUESS THE CITY ARE TOO BUSY FINING PROPERTY OWNERS/TAX PAYERS THAN PAINTING OVER GRAFFITI ON THEIR OWN PROPERTY. I BET IF THIS GRAFFITI WAS ALONG THE MAYORS DAILY WALKING ROUTE TO WORK OR ON THE FRONT DOOR OF CITY HALL IT WOULD BE FIXED IN A SNAP.....APPALLING....SHAME ON THE CITY OF RED DEER.

Did not know captial letters was yelling on the web. I did not know they were on capital letters either. I will keep my letters down to non-capital letters to not to offend.
