SOMEONE keeps putting out their trash a week before pick up! This is a problem because in this heat it Smells! the animals rip it apart and it winds up all over the street where now it can become a HEALTH HAZARD! What happened to PRIDE? Why does everyone else have to deal with a few.... to be
"politically correct" Wing Nuts! Isn't there a regulation or ordinance for this issue? How can it be stopped?
