This is frustrating. Here you can see folks at least were trying to do the right thing. But what message does it say when the trash cans are so full that they can't handle anything more? By the way, I spent some time on the summit of East Rock yesterday. Pretty disgusting up there folks, littter-wise. No "Clean City Campaign" messaging in sight. We're losing the battle, folks, and it doesn't even look like we're trying. #GSCIA
I cannot understand how they can have many, many colorful, user-friendly trash cans in College Woods but up top, they have a couple of ugly looking containers. College Woods is rather clean, exceptionally so by comparison.
