Repair of the water connection between 207 Rosa Rd and the city water main is now sunk below the road surface to a depth of 2 or 3 inches, for the entire width of the carriage way that heads towards Ellis Hospital. In addition a deeper hole has developed about 2 feet from the kerb. Most traffic straddles the deeper hole, but we hear the thumps as the 18-wheelers go by. This will develop into a more serious problem when the snow and ice come. I strongly advise a visual inspection by a knowledgable person.
