Opis

A left hand turn arrow is needed when turning on to Wynnewood road from haver ford road eastbound. That intersection gets so backed up because of all the left turns having to yield to an often constant flow of oncoming traffic. You often have to wait 2-3 cycles to get through the light. There is a left turn from Haverford road westbound on to Wynnewood/eagle road so why isn't there one for the other direction. Then the both left turns can go at the same time, and then yield on green. That would be more efficient especially in rush hour when that left lane becomes the turning lane onto Wynnewood road
