Maybe you could speak to GM about this issue. At one time it was from the steam pipes were open into the air in June, but they are no longer open, so the plastic fume odor must be coming from GM.

That's what I meant, to find someone over at GM that can help with this. Still working on it, but I will keep you informed.

I am not sure if anything can be done, but there is still a strong plastic or rubber fume smell that comes across the river from the west. I know that I live next door to a huge factory and I guess there will be odors, but this is something that I did not smell until this summer. Perhaps it comes from the new fabricating plant.

I still smells like paint fumes and other fumes when the wind blows from the west. The smell is like that which use to come from Fisher Body, I remember from going to Sexton H.S.
