Description

The overgrown bushes cover about 2/3 of the Grover Park path. There's been no trimming in many months.
Storm drains on Grover avenue rarely get cleaned of debris. Why is there so little maintenance in this park? The lawn and baseball field are well maintained but the rest is totally ignored.
