Hello,
I live for the last 2 years in 1400 Pennsylvania Ave, 33139 and unfortunately I have to inform you that area right next to the school is extremely dirty and has been rarely cleaned. On a 14th Street in between Washington and Pennsylvania Ave, on a left side facing Washington Ave you can find a lot of garbage, fallen leafs that are not cleaned for years I think, road sign on a ground that no one is removed for months, when are you walking next to fence you can feel urin smell and overall it's really uncomfortable, unpleasant to walk every day through that area. Also I think it's really embarrassing for City of Miami Beach to have streets next to the school in that condition. I hope this complain was not sent in vain and that something will be done and that issue will be addressed to right people.
