This tree was growing along the curb and is currently laying in the parking spaces along edge of the street....This tree was not growing in their yard....Other trees were removed along the street. This one should not be the property owners responsibility since it wasn't in their yard but along the curb. ..it is blocking the parking and is a danger to anyone trying to pull out into traffic.
