Continuous barking throughout the day and night. Owner is running a dog kennel at his house.
Dog Feces are piling up on his property. School bus stop is at the owners property.
House is violating not only business of running a dog kennel but also landscaping is not up to code and never has been. Neighborhood residents are tired of this neglect. Please enforce proper code so as not to bring the real estate values down in our neighborhood. This has been going on too long. We are all tired of it. Waking up to what sounds like 10 dogs yelping several times a night. This is a neighborhood where families and others who follow the city code live. Please help this resident find a property where he can run a dog kennel business.

What needs to be verified is if the animal waste produced by the dogs the owner is "petsitting" or "kennelling" is flowing into Peachtree Creek behind the house during rainfall.
Interestingly, at the intersection of Geneva/Lucerne/Champlain, Dekalb County has posted a yellow sign reporting a sewage spill. The property at 311 Willow runs downhill towards the Peachtree Creek. The residences on the other side back up to the creek where the sign is posted. If numerous dogs are kenneled here at 311 Willow, especially during weekends/holidays, how can the owner control where dog waste goes? If it smells like dog waste when walking past the property, then surely there is dog waste flowing to the creek when it rains. This is disgusting and unsafe for our environment, especially our creeks feeding into public parks where children wade barefoot during warm weather.
I think this warrants a full investigation on how the owner is using his property at 311 Willow Lane. Please take the time to walk in front of this property. Would you live next to this house?
