Description

A few issues exist in front of 159 Pelham Road:
1.) Graffiti on the Westchester County bus sign (by "Jay" the prolific graffiti vandal in New Rochelle.
2.) Overgrown of weeds around the sidewalk
3.) "Home Improvement" contractor sign that has been displayed in front of the home for 3+ years.
