Description

The alley between Orleans Pl and M St NE has very poor drainage and is in need of repair. After each rainstorm significant pools of water gather and stay stagnant for several days. This creates a severe mosquito problem that impacts residents on both side of the alley. There are a high number of pregnant women and young children on Orleans Pl and with the Zika issues this creates a public health concern.
