Description

Piedera Lisa arroyo behind Walmart and Harbor Freight is always a mess, weeds , litter, graffiti and Homeless people living in area.
The city should look into a wall or fence to separate the businesses from the bike trail.
I was embarrassed and ashamed again.
This is not quality of life in the NE heights.
