Hasn't made any repairs at all this house looks horrible

Yes Theresa, it is an eyesore. Even before the fire, the house was barely maintained. When I was about 7 or so, I used to play with the kids that lived there and that was the last family that ever took care of the property. My biggest concern is the sheer amount of people going in and out of this house from the back. There must be an opening or something and I imagine illegal activities are taking place inside.

INSPECTOR CANNITO WAS AT THIS ADDRESS ON 8-2-16 AND CITED 7-VIOLATIONS.
1-OF THE VIOLATIONS STATES- ELIMINATE BLIGHTED CONDITIONS
AND TO ELIMINATE OVERGROWTH OF WEEDS. IN THE FRONT AND IN THE REAR OF THE HOUSE. THE INSPECTORS WILL BE BACK TO REINSPECT ON 9-9-16.

Update - The owner cut the grass. It is amazingly better. The property still looks blighted with torn blue tarps, scorched wood, and unsecured entryways into the house.

INSPECTOR CANNITO WAS AT THIS ADDRESS AND CITED 7-VIOLATIONS. THE REINSPECTION DATE IS SET FOR 9-9-16. WE ARE AWARE OF THE HIGH WEEDS THE INSPECTOR ALSO CITED THAT VIOLATION. THEREFORE THE OWNERS HAVE UNTIL 9-9-16 TO ABATE THE VIOLATIONS.

With all do respect, please do not close the issue until it has been resolved fully. On 9/9 I will post new pictures of the property as I believe it will look the same. Sending an inspector out when it is requested is nowhere near the same as seeing this property and new faces everyday. I have lived on this street since I was 4 and I will not let it become some drug infested crack den. I have a lot of pride in my neighborhood and only want to see it maintain its beauty.

The inspector went and found the property to be clean.

9/15/2016 this morning. The house is still in horrible condition. The plywood on the windows and around the side of the house are open and unsecured. Vagrants are using the house. Please send an inspector asap. Thanks.

Iris, on 8/25 you wrote the owner has until 9/9/2016 to abate the 7 violations issued. It is 9/15/2016 and the only thing done to the blighted property was the weed removal. This property is unsafe and a possible den for vagrancy and illegal activities. If the inspector finds the house structure inhospitable, then the building should be razed. Please have an inspector sent to the location so these issues can be addressed. Thank you.
