6 cars are associated with this MESS at 1624 James St. Unable to park on street in front of my Dwight St home because cars from the rental at 1624 James St. are parked in front of my house 24 hours a day. Tickets are never issued for overnight parking. This is a single family rental with dozens of adult men and women living there.

Yep, sidewalks blocked by "their" cars also. Two cars are tagged by the city in the driveway for over a week now. Other homeowners cannot get into driveway on James St either because 1624 cars are constantly parked on both streets. If you approach the tenants you risk being threatened. If you inquire with landlord you are told to move. Tenants are doing the work on the house for the landlord in order for it to get passed as a rental, yet they have been living there for over two years now. Two years of hell for the rest of the neighborhood. You would think that Public Service would not want the cars parked in front of the stop sign on James constantly. If the non-driving junk cars were not in the driveway, then the tenant could park their other junk cars in their driveway and not on the street and sidewalk.
