Inbound traffic on main St bottlenecks @ Tileston. I think the timing of the lights should be evaluated, and perhaps consider banning parking so there can be two lanes of traffic.

Main Street traffic has been a problem since the M. English School opened. It appears
they never evaluated the timing when they turned on the lights at Pierce Ave. Now it is
nearly impossible to make a left turn or for a pedestrian to cross during the morning or
evening rush hours. (Unless a driver is willing to let you go)
I have spoken to about 3 councilors about this- and nothing has changed. Previously
there were no working lights after Tileston Street until Medford Street in Malden. Now we
have the lights running at Appleton & at Pierce, and the timing delays everyone.
