This house is a known absentee landlord house. The house is owned by a company whose landlord lives in West Island in FHVN.I'm not even sure who the proper tenants that live there are. there were some tenants who have moved out but they would shoot bb gun pellets either at the squirrels or rats. the police cannot do anything unless someone sees someone actually shooting the pellet gun. There is property damage to surrounding houses . These tenants have since moved and left their furniture in the back yard/ I believe there is even a stolen basketball hoop (it appeared there overnight). These tenants had a dog that would use the empty adjacent lot as their own private poop yard. The other day someone was beating at a dead animal and now there is blow fly's all around in the lot. It needs to be mowed and cleaned.*there IS poison Ivy in that corner, so be careful.
