Thank you Mr. DiCicco. PGW was on the block last week repairing a gas leak in the dark; can't believe they didn't report it. Philadelphia police transit up and down Broad Street every night; can't believe they didn't report it. I have to say the care that the Philadelphia service industry members excert on their city is appalling. I'm glad citizens have a way to report these things and someone actually listens. Now, for those new garbage recepticles on S. Broad Street... how long do we have to wait?
