Trailer blocking vision of oncoming traffic and children. Parked on side of street near school. With school starting will be an issue. Owners need to park on their property. Appears to be in front of 1020 Tessa. But unsure of who owners are. Children play at park and sometimes run in street this trailer blocks being able to see them and also blocks being able to see oncoming traffic.
