three city trash bags already out on the curb and its only FRIDAY! This house puts trash out too early on a weekly basis. Evidence of animals getting at the trash bags as well. Also, a table with clothing on it showing, 'free' on it in the front yard as if its a yard sale. The table has been out there for about a week.
