Every day from at least June to September there are numerous people swimming at the boat landing. There are signs that say no swimming but it's clearly not enforced. There are also many dogs on each day and evening. Tonight there was a verbal argument between a swimmer and a dog owner. I believe they are both in the wrong as the area is supposed to be for boaters. Attached picture shows about 6 kids swimming at 7:45 at night. At times people are there well after 10:00 in the evening. I think this has been brought to the attention of the town in the past but it is never enforced. As someone who lives on the pond....I'm very concerned about about the ramifications, such as a drowning, injury, and also people relieving themselves in the woods.
