I am not speaking of Hunter's Glen IV. I am speaking of Hunter's Glen V. Hunter's Glen V does not own the property outside the fence area that is parallel to the streets of Lexington and Independence. All subdivisions' grass that is adjacent to the street/curb (parallel to the sidewalk) is maintained by Missouri City. I noticed that Missouri City cut this area of all surrounding subdivisions within the past week at the same time the medians were cut. However, the entire area surrounding Hunter's Glen V was not cut. If Missouri City does not maintain this area, when did it change?

The grass on the outside of our fence is maintained by the city and it hasn't been cut in over 2 weeks. This is the streets of Independence and Lexington. They have always been cut at the same time as the medians and for some reason they were not cut last week. Our landscapers cut as far as the juniper hedges but the rest is city property. I made a typing error. The property that you are referring to is owned by Hunters Glen V homeowner's association. The ownership can be viewed from Fort Bend Central Appraisal District's web-site.

The property at the corner of Independence and Lexington is owed by Hunters Glen V but are you telling us that the sidewalk down Independence is own by Hunters Glen V. Do Hunters Glen V own the sidewalk down Lexington also and if so since when? We have Hunters Glen 1&2 across Independence that the city cut. We have Hunters Glen 3 across Lexington that the city cut.

The sidewalks was cut today by the city. Problem solved! Case closed.
