The trash and dumping issues is near this address. The entire sidewalk on Seminary and Oakdale is completely littered with garbage that was left there in bags that are now broken months ago, making it difficult for pedestrians to navigate around the trash. As you continue on Seminary heading towards McArthur, there are several bags that were dumped on the street. Some have been broken by passing cars and the roadway is partly littered with tons of garbage.
