Description

The Norfolk street entrance is perpetually full of water and mud. There is no grass growing and you have to slog through mud to get to the dog waste bags. Can't something be done. Wouldn't this area be better served with pavers. See the photo attached. It almost always looks like this. If it's not water its mud. Thanks
