I HAVE CALLED A FEW TIMES AND MY RECYCLING BIN IS STILL BEING MISSED FOR PICKUP. YOU WANT US TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE (REGARDLESS IF WE WANT TO OR NOT) AND THEN I DON’T GET THE SERVICE I AM PAYING FOR. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO KEEP CALLING FOR SOMEONE TO PICK UP MY RECYCLING BIN WHEN I AM ON A SCHEDULE!
