Description

The rear building facing Mercer Street burned over 2 years ago and the Main house facing Napier Avenue burned about 6-9 months ago. Trash and garbage had been allowed to remain on this property for over a year. Now there is a huge tree that has fallen on the main house on the left side.
This property presents, in my opinion, a danger and is a detriment to this community.
