Description
The road floods on one side for the length of 3 + homes whenever it rains and the water does not drain and will sit for days or it evaporates. The water can be as deep as 6" at times and mosquito larvae has been seen in the water. This occurs every time it rains and becoming a breeding ground for mosquitoes and causing the road to deteriorate. Currently it is flooded as of the time of submitting this.
