I saw the boat this afternoon. It is on a trailer and I believe the wheels are flat. There was no license plate visible. The boat is pretty much just a fiberglass shell since I think most of the metal and other valuable parts have been stripped, but there is a small amount garbage/debri inside and next to the boat on the street and sidewalk.
