Description

Several (3) parking meters are broken at telegraph and 45th across the street from Jack-in-the-Box. I lost money putting money in just to have the meter stop and go blank so I had to move my car to re-park it. Lcd screen went blank on one meter or was blank on another meter or third meter didn't accept/register my money.
