CAP is Downtown (Registered User)
Hey. I saw the post that's missing and made note of it. It's number is "CB 20-8" which means it belongs to the City of Birmingham, it's on 20th, and it's the 4th pole on that side. The even numbers are on one side and the odd are on the other.
CAP doesn't have the ability to fix light poles but we do report a lot of issues to the city and we will make a report to 311 on Monday when they are open again.
