Description
House is falling apart in back and front - there have been vermin spotted in neighbor's back yard. Back yard weeds are nearing 8 feet tall (can be seen over fence) and derelict pool (green in color) stagnates, is uncared for and overflows with each new rain into neighboring properties. This is causing a mosquito problem, and with the proliferation of the Zika virus, this is posing a true health hazard to the neighborhood.
