Description

On the East Mall, between roughly the driveway of # 197 and the bus shelter/stop at Bloor, there is a large puddle. It is raining, but lightly. Yet this puddle is in many places over four feet wide and a couple of inches deep. Car traffic on the East Mall northbound cannot avoid traversing this water. The splashes go well across the sidewalk. Kids coming out of school, me going to Cloverdale, get soaked.
